We will open the middle leadership body of five functions, which are OGX, ICX-GIP, ICX-GCDP, MarComm and TM. (According to the human resource structure, Finance will not recuite any team leaders or managers this time.)

Please regard your application as submitted only after receiving confirmation from the new vice president.

The public speech will be given on the afternoon of Dec. 23 (the exact time and place will be informed later). Please make sure that you can arrive on time. A five-minute speech should be prepared, which shows your personality (strengths and weaknesses), work plan and goal of the next semester.
Here are the structures of these five functions:
OGX function structure: 1 VP +1 GIP Director+4 TLs
1.GIP Director: 负责OGX GIP方向MR以及实习生的Raise-Match-Realize.
给实习生提供必要的training、support和service.
2.Central&Eastern Europe Team: 负责以中东欧地区为主,欧洲其他地区为辅的MR以及EP Match工作;
3.Asia Pacific Team: 负责亚太地区的MR以及EP match工作;
4.India&Africa Team: 负责以印度,非洲为主,南美地区为辅的MR以及EP Match工作;
5.Learning&Service Team: 负责EP及RTN的管理;
每月负责举办相应的EP&RTN活动。
ICX-GIP function structure: 1 VP + 2 managers
mbr induction阶段:不分team,所有的manager和mbr一起做ET/酒店/hotel的sales
mbr induction之后:Sales Team: 负责市场的深挖和新市场的开拓
Delivery Team: 负责account的服务和管理
Manager的JD:1.负责2012 ET account的delivery;
2.和VP一起制定下学期的市场战略;
3.mbr induction之后负责对sales team和delivery team的coordinate
ICX-GCDP function structure: 1 VP + 5 TLs
1.Deliver & Reception Team : Match到足够数量,符合要求的trainee。
负责trainee的基本生活,衣食住行签证等。
运作Buddy program和Home stay两个trainee service项目
2. Project Management Team * 3 : 1) GPN,综合教育类,偏向哈尔滨优秀高中
2) DTD,综合教育类,偏向哈尔滨贫困高中和初中
3) DTD Camp,筹备夏令营和冬令营
项目开发和设计(市场调查,需求分析,项目Model建立)
项目筹备 (raise TN taker,确定时间表和agenda,课程设计)
项目运营(组建OCT,与OCT进行交接)
项目反馈和再开发
3.External Relationship Team:Sales(企业赞助)
媒体管理(电视台,报纸)
Promotion(Function宣传材料制作,管理和和整理,online和offline)
Public Event的开发,筹备和运行
MarComm Function Structure: 1 VP + 3 Managers
1.Virtual Market Manager (+ 1 member for文案&技术): 官方网站建设维护
人人/微博日常管理、活动/项目营销
线上/下宣传材料设计制作(文案/图/视频)
*配合CI宣传
2.Customer Relation Manager (+1 member for MR): CI全程控制(宣传渠道、方式、主题,重点是监控把关)
产品和用户分析定位(在各function组织OC对AIESEC的产品深入了解,用户(EP/mbr/buddy/trainee,etc.)回访,收集feedback和good case,同时在学生市场MR,进行产品和客户分析,制订具体宣传渠道和方式)
EwA活动设计
3. Public Relation Manager: 校园关系公关(校方公关、校园形象、社团合作)
媒体合作(印刷媒体、电子媒体;地方媒体为主)
*建立LC合作伙伴及learning partner
*Alumni关系维护
TM function structure: 1 VP + 2 managers
1.L+X manager: L+X promotion
help L+X members during the whole match process (OGX experience preferred)
2.mentor-mentee manager: deliver regular trainings to mentors and mentees
collect achievements of each pair and making them into weekly (or at least fortnightly) newsletters to the whole LC.
Both of these two managers will asist VP to organize monthly LC meetings and irregular LC bondings.
