Dear all,

 

Please find the application forms in the attachment.

 

Due to current VP MarComm Sharron Liu and VP Finance Allen Chur’s personal schedule, they have committed for only half year of their VP role&EB role at the beginning of their term.

At the same time, for better internal operation and development in the local students market, we have another structural adjustment for the OGX GIP sector. As you know, in the past half year, OGX GIP is operated as a team in OGX function and we have Li Shengqiu as oGIP Director. In the coming half year, we decided to run oGIP sector as a function once again, which means we will have another EB team member in our EB Team.

 

Now I officially open the application for AIESEC HIT 2013 2^nd half year VP MarComm, VP Finance and VP OGX GIP.

 

For the important reminds towards application form:

Jun. 13th	Application Form Deadline
Jun. 16th	EB Election
Jun 17th	EB Interview
Jun 19th	New EB Announcement
Jun 20~30th	Transition
Jun 22th	EB Meeting

 

The application package needs to be sent to current LCP Ramon Shi and current EB, and uploaded to MyAIESEC.Net by Jun 13^th 2013, 11:59 a.m. (GMT+8) .

 

Send a text message to 151 2455 8946 and current EB’s cellphone confirming that you have applied before June 6^th 2013,11:59 am(GMT+8). No delay of any kind will be permitted.

 

Please regard your application as submitted only after receiving confirmation from the LCP and current EB.

 

For the selection process:

1. Each one prepare a 20 minutes opening speech including your personal introduction and Main strategies!!!

2. Q&A for each group 30 minutes 

3. Personal interview from LCP and current EBT

 

For the criteria of VP elected:

1. Confident vote: get voted by all the members in AIESEC HIT, all of them have equal representation, only those pass half of the votes can be elected

2. Pass the interview

3. LCP has the right to reopen the application:如果有position没有人申请，LCP 有权利reopen该position
