Dear OC,

Firstly, Congratulations on being accepted in the OC, the coolest OC in AIESEC, proud to have such a cool OC (yaaiieeee )

Secondly, a note of appreciation for Parth and Kirti and a note of regret towards Paridhi,Tanya,Farhan,Payal,Natasha,Rachita,Saloni,Nishant,Niharika,Divit,Harsh,Ishita,Gaurav,Prateek,Divij,Vijay,Sarah,Satyam. There was a clear cut expectation setting of replying to mails on the OC group, these people have FAILED to complete their duties and responsibilities towards their OC.

Knowing by their actions they have been complacent in performing their tasks, no further complacency in any regard shall be tolerated by anyone and strict action would be taken as per OC rules and regulations against defaulters.

Hoping for a better response.

Randeep, a small clarification. The "No promotion" mail came in at 22:16 and your "CONGRATULATION" mail came in at 00:11. So, in 1 hour 55 mins you decided who are complacent. Wow !!!!

Randeep,i totally buy your point of the importance and necessity of replying to all the mails.

But,if you could give us maybe a 4-6hour window to reply back. Specially for mails sent at night.
