Dear Prateek, 

       This is to inform you that your Recruitment OC term has been terminated wef from 16th January, 2013. The reason for this is Irresponsible Behavior. 

During the individual meeting with you in presence of the VP Talent Management on 13th January 2013, you were clearly assigned a task to report on time for all remaining working days(4 of them). You have been unable to do so and were in fact late on the very first working day post that i.e on 15th January 2013. 

Further, as per the New HR Policy you are blacklisted from applying for any OC Opportunity for the next 6 months and would also have to achieve a show cause target about which I will write to you soon.

Kindly refrain from using your incomplete participation in the OC in your work experience, so that we do not need to mention your termination in case of a reference check.
