Greetings from North Region. This is Ryan Zhang, current LCP of AIESEC BUAA, and 2014 Autumn North iLEAD RIC Group FACI Leader.

After being 3 times RIC FACI of AIESEC in MoC and once international FACI in Japan, I have to admit that FACI experience was one of the best moment for me in AIESEC. Although FACIs are not the leading role of a conference but sessions without FACIs can never be delivered in its best way.

Hereby, I am proudly to launch the 2014 Autumn North iLEAD RIC Group FACI Application.

FACIs are requested to arrive at the plenary (Beijing) one day before the RIC, which is Thursday afternoon (October 16th).
Qualifications: TLP Experience Required, International Experiences Preferred.
What kind of FACI are we looking for: Active, Inspiring, Energetic, Sincere, Earnest, Creative.
