EB APP general questions & SYSU 2011 cluster ppt

      附件里是今晚讨论出来的EB APP的模板，里面包括了general questions。在specific questions里，我们讨论出来function synergy的问题，其中的"XX function“请大家改成各自的function名字。别忘记！

 

      SYSU的ppt是他们去年做cluster分析的时候用的，里面包括了每个function的情况，但是分析都是performance方面的。我们的pre camp里每个function有5分钟的时间presentation。我认为这5分钟应该至少包括function现状和明年方向。

 

      TO DO：

•       周三晚8点前，把APP和JD准备好，发给袁皎。

      LCD的APP和JD我还是会开出来，这是对AU和BJTU组织完善的重视。至于新的LCP会在structure上做什么调整那是之后再定的事情了。

•       我会发封信的邮件来收集QR的材料。这里有些东西我们会用到pre camp上，请认真对待！

 

@Michael，pre camp的agenda整好记得发给group里我们先看下再给TL。别忘了发lcm的invitation letter给LC!
