Dear all,

         First of all, I'd like to give my sincere wishes to all the LCP-elect so far. You even cannot imagine how excited MC people are in these days hearing the good news one by one. :) Hereby I am going to announce another great news in this organization. 

         After the selection and consideration, MC decide to appoint AIESEC Nanjing as the Partner LC of AIESEC in Nanchang, the new Expansion Initiative in Testing. This partnership will last for at least two years before the upgrade review for AIESEC in Nanchang, however, if AIESEC Nanjing did not fulfill her responsibility and obligation as the Partner LC of Nanchang according to the related regulation during the period, MC OD will stop the partnership between them. Meanwhile, AIESEC in Nanchang also needs to follow the related regulation to operate in local level. 

      Explanations about why selected AIESEC Nanjing instead of AIESEC HUST? 

         1. For the financial situation and motivation part, these two LC are both capable to meet the requirements of being the Partner LC of EI;

         2. As to the HR capacity, current VP LCD/AUD candidates from Nanjing are more experienced and suitable for Nanchang according to its development stage for now. 

         3. Besides, in consideration of their own focus for next year from OGX perspective, we can know that: 

         HUST is in the stage of fast developing and revolution in their OGX function, with transferring in their function structure for better market management. What more important for HUST now is building up a more mature internal structure to support the upscale OGX development with better city-based model. 

         Achieving more than 200 exchanges in OGX side in one year, Nanjing is playing the role of leading entity in OGX GCDP throughout the whole AIESEC Mainland of China.They have more mature internal structure and process to support the large-scale exchange management, as well as rich experience in leading and developing cross-city new market.

         4. During the application period, LCP from Nanjing and HUST all approached the founder team from Nanchang for further communication and understanding, which make ppl in Nanchang feel very touching and grateful, however they prefer AIESEC Nanjing much more because of the connection they have already built between each other. 

         Above all, I really need to show my appreciation to AIESEC HUST and AIESEC Nanjing for taking this responsibility and striving for better LC development, especially the positive attitude Jacky showed to this issue. For your information, attached are the application packages from these two LCs. 

         Thanks all, and also welcome the new entity to join this organization for providing best AIESEC XP to Jiangxi province!
