For all my EPs from abroad and my members:

I have some words from my MCVPICX-Yoyo, so I type this mail.

Before the message release, I have to say something

1.      The invitation letter you said is equal Gov letter I said

So , invitation letter=Gov letter= MoE letter

2.      To Lui, I only can give you AIESEC invitation letter just like last time I give to you

Coz I don’t want it has any risk.

It’s not only about you and me. It’s about AIESEC, and organization ‘s prospect and how other think AIESEC is

Follows are my MCVP want to tell us:

For us, apply document is a SOP process

1.      Gather all document from you(must)

2.      Apply AIESEC member committee letter(use all document from you)

3.      Apply Gov letter with AIESEC MC letter

(And we just do all the process, and like I told you

Someone’s document had some problem before(ee joo and themis ‘s   not clear before)

And my members do anything they can do for you, we do anything at first time)

Gov also not satisfy about TPLC not give them clearly and exactly document at first time

And it’s what they do.

Today I also got a phone from other LC,  they apply letter for Canada LC

Also over 3 weeks. It makes EP very unhappy just like your LC

But this process , we only can rely on Gov. coz intern program in Taiwan is under Gov.

Any feedback, reply here.

So, that means, we have to wait for your gov letter right?

Then, when can we get it?

Why we still can't get it?

What is the problem?

Is the government processing the application now?

How long will it takes?

When did you guys send all the documents to them?

Or how about you guys give us the phone number of the government?

We will call them and ask them to process faster since last time you
told me you go there yourself to ask them to process faster but they
don't take it seriously.

Or it is ok if I go Taiwan first then change my visa to working visa
if gov letter cannot pass to us on time?

As for my case, next Monday is the last day I could go to do the visa.
Else, no point giving me later because they need 3 days to process.

Working visa is more expensive and harder to apply,

We think about any solution maybe we can do.

And why? As our MCVP mention about

AIESEC's intern program is under our Gov, that's why we have to apply Gov letter.

And working visa still wait for Gov letter also. I remember last year I had deal with this thing.

nonono. The working visa i mean is the visa we use to do our
internship. I don't know the name, so i just assume is a working visa.

is it possible? to go Taiwan first then apply later after getting the
gov letter?

I assume all our documents are at the government there, right?
