1、SWT Strategy Changing

原定目标是做8个exchange,现在打算调整到10个exchange

考虑的原因如下：

   1、加上大卫推荐的2个波兰的EP，现在项目中就会有3个波兰EP了，但是所涉及的的欧洲国家只有两个，因此打算扩充总人数

   2、包括郫县一中、青少年宫在内的TN Taker有增加EP人数的诉求

2、Visa Guidence
