向大家推荐一个很不错的实习机会。

工作地点在上海和重庆，去重庆出差的费用公司负责。客户是重庆的一家建筑工程和房地产投资公司，咨询任务是为这家公司制定业务战略(Business Strategy) 和组织结构及管控体系(Organizational Change)， 项目周期约2个月，即刻开始。

想找一两个实习生。基本要求如下：

－工商管理学科背景，有一定工作或实习经验、熟悉战略管理和人力资源管理者更佳

－较好的人际沟通能力，独立性强，能承受压力

－用PPT写作报告的能力强

－方便出差（重庆）

相信这个项目经验对想进入管理咨询公司的毕业生来说会是很有帮助的。
