United with Purpose. Running Extra Miles. 这是我们团队这一年一直坚持的很庆幸，这18个人，在这特殊的一年，可以带动与参与这个平台的发展与革新
这一年，2700余名中国志愿者走遍了53个国家，以己之力，推动当地公益项目的发展这一年，来自30个国家和地区的1300名国际志愿者来到中国，影响了当地不同社区的45，000名居民这一年，250余名中国青年走向国外，465名国际青年来到中国，推动了中国与世界的多边商业合作
这一年，我们关注每个成员的体验，提升质量，强化信息技术平台，优化运作流程这一年，我们加大对成员发展的投资，让更多的成员，有机会参加International Conference, CEEDership, L+X这一年，我们第一次深刻地探讨组织长期的发展模式，探讨中国需要什么样的年轻人，AIESEC扮演什么样的角色
这一年，我们开始了IPM的筹备，让这场AIESEC中国十年来第一次举办的国际会议，成为世界真正看中国的窗口
这一年，我们成为Global No.1，拿了两个全球大奖；我们被世界尊敬，不是因为数字，而是因为影响力，因为创新这一年，因为有你们， 而变得分外精彩这一年，有我们一起追过的AIESEC。
感谢Generation 2012和2013的每个LC EB，Team Leader，Member是因为你们的付出，才让这么多美好的体验发生感谢这一年16场conference的每个OC，Faci, Photographer, IT support, 视频制作小组也许你们不是时刻在台上，但你们创造了最好的学习平台，给许多人难忘的conference记忆感谢所有支持我们的Partner，Alumni，BoA是你们的帮助，让这个组织每天变得更好

We are proud and grateful that 18 of us can lead and be part of the development and innovation of this organization.
This year, 2700 Chinese volunteers stepped into 53 different countries to support the local community development projects.
This year, 1300 international volunteers from 30 countries and territories came to China, impacted 45,000 citizens in our communities.
This year, 250 Chinese youth had the chance to work abroad, as well as 465 international talents came to china, promoting the business development between China and the world.
This year, we put a lot more focus on our members’ experience, improving quality, utilizing IT platform to optimize our operation process.
This year, we continued investing on our members, allowing more and more members could experience international conferences, CEEDership and L+X.
This year, for the 1st time, we deeply looked into the long-term development model of different entities, explore what kind of talents China needs and what’s AIESEC’s role in it.
This year, we kicked off the IPM preparation, making this conference the best window for the world to know the real China.
This year, we can finally call ourselves global No.1, receiving 2 biggest global awards. We gain the respect from the world, not because of the numbers, but because of our impact and innovation.
This year, because of you, became much more meaningful and colorful.
This year, we fight for a better AIESEC together.
