[SISU OGX GIP][JAPAN] Delivery Update 【日本Match难产的重要提示！】

各位Delivery Fighter，特别是日本的EPM们，

目前SISU我们还有5个日本EP没有Match掉，根据签证时间上来看，时间非常紧急，我前天开始就已经和MC沟通这个问题，MC今天晚上密送了我一份比较完整的和日本MC的沟通结果。

从2012年1月开始到今天，MoC和日本一共Match了12个EP，其中SISU有3个席位，看来成绩还不错:) 不过整体上Match的数量没有达到之前日本和MoC期望的那个结果。

大家目前在Match的过程中，可能会遇到2个问题：
1. TNM说安排面试，但是EP一直没有等到面试
2. EP发到TNM的邮件没有得到及时的回复

针对这两个问题，大家可以采取以下的策略：
1. 根据我们匹配中心平台内的所有LC的VPICX的Skype进行即时沟通；寻找同一个LC的别的TNM进行沟通
2. 对于一直联系不上的TN，请把这个TNID告诉我，我会转发给MC以及负责日本Delivery的NST
3. 大家可以直接联系目前正在日本的中国NST成员Cally，她可以在日本直接联系到各个分会 （她的联系方式是： 赵琳琳 <callyzha...@gmail.com>）
