If you have current role in LC in this duration, please be sure that you have very good capacity of multi-tasking.

NST general introduction:
全国的OGX GIP部门同仁以及关注OGX GIP发展的各位,你们好!
本次重新推出的National Support Team有了更针对性的结构。从语言，产品，国际交流道到日常管理都有了专门的负责。特定的市场与产品方面，NST会有机会体验整个marketing的流程以及了解全球市场运作。从招新流程的设计也能学到很多关于客户管理，招新渠道，value proposition的知识。同时我们非常重视local behavior的建立，鼓励并且整理各种GCP，建立更好平台让沟通更加透明，LC-LC LC-MC都可以互相学习。我必定与每位NST都详细沟通每个project的执行，以及每月召开NST meeting update national的情况。希望建立新的model让LC都可以参考学习，人人都不再孤单！
希望各位VP TL member都可积极申请，这必会是一个重新认识学习的过程。

Japan project manager:
- 日语TN sourcing and management
- 中国日语学生市场管理
- 日语TN product packaging and delivery
- Communicate with NST in Japan(Cally)
Profile needed:
1) Required: to be experienced in big scale comprehensive exchange/project/organization management (LCVP /OCP/Japan Team TL…)
(2) Have international experience, good at international communication
(3) Prefer people having OGX GIP function experience
(4) Prefer AIESECer majoring in Japanese
- 德语TN sourcing and management
- 中国德语学生市场管理
- 德语TN product packaging and delivery
- Communicate with NST in Germany
Recruitment manager： 在新的发展战略下，LC很快就会有新一轮的招新了，这位manager相当重要啊！
- 制定recruitment的planning，包括process，timeline，promotion和channel的跟进
- Coordinate LC，帮助策划下一轮的recruitment
Profile needed:
(1) Required: have experience in intensive LC recruitment and making planning. (LCVP/ Recruitment OCP)
(2) Detailed-oriented, patient, and hard-working person.
(3) Prefer experience in large scale management and tracking
Delivery manager： 管理学生市场调查，知道客户第一手消息，还需要为各个product与市场的NST提供意见，核心啊！
- LC student pool analysis tracking
- EP database管理维护
- 处理外国promote给中国的TN
- 与每个product的NST紧密联系，非常重要！！！
Profile needed:
(1) Have experience in project related to student market research
(2) Preferred good performance in EP delivery
(3) Experienced in TN sourcing and management
ET product manager：开发各个学生市场新的蓝海，找对target深耕市场，有learning之余又容易见效！
- TN sourcing 主要是对外汉语方向
- ET product packaging
- Coordinate 全国市场ET的delivery
IT product manager：
- IT TN sourcing
- IT product packaging based on analysis of IT student pool
- 制定新的raise IT EP策略，coordinate全国IT EP的delivery
TT product manager：
- TN sourcing 非IT类TT，主要为engineering，hardware以及制药等方向
- Product packaging
- 制定新的raise TT EP策略，coordinate全国TT EP的delivery
Product manager profile needed:
(1) Have experience or interest in marketing strategies making and planning
(2) Preferred AIESECer who is from the product-related student pool
(3) Preferred AIESECer who is majoring in the related product area
Country development manager：管理一线的新raise TN信息，将第一手资料deliver给LC，为新型country合作模式注入强大力量！
- Communicate with Global Business Development Director, update newly-raised的TN情况
- 了解Local reality，Deliver新的raise给中国EP的TN
- 与外国NST联系
Profile needed:
(1) Have international experience, good at international communication
(2) 可以翻墙,保障与外国沟通渠道畅通
Learning and service manager： 我们每年都为很多中国学生提供amazing的体验甚至成为很多人life changing experience的一部分，改变人生轨迹，而这些值得让更多人知道！同时保证EP在外的quality问题也是非常重要！
- Quality control（base on XPP and XQB）
- GIP Showcasing impact
Profile needed:
(1) Patient and hard-working!!!
(2) Good at communicating with other entities
(3) 对social media感兴趣，了解产品市场定位
(4) Preferred有一定技术设计基础
Visa and KM manager：很多国家都会concern中国签证问题成为我们match的一大瓶颈，同时全国非常需要签证知识的support，另外还能接触各个LC最好的案例帮助function发展，千秋万代啊！！
- 收集各国签证信息
- 各GCP share收集，建立和管理OGX GIP KM
(1) Patient, hard-working, organized and detail-oriented
(2) Preferred have experience in Knowledge management
