One of our TN called ACIC in Suzhou is recruiting an experienced AIESECer to be the Global Coordinator(mainly to help the company match ET EPs from AIESEC as a TN manager)

-Salary:￥5000/month

-Accommodation and food provided

-Duration:1 year (preferred)

Introduction:

This internship is a great opportunity to work for quickly developing SME dedicated to improving the standards of education in China. Run by a Chinese-Singaporean, it is has operations in Beijing, Suzhou (where the placement is based, close to Shanghai) any others?

 

One of the company’s business lines is providing Chinese kindergartens with a unique, internally developed English teaching programme and your role will be to work closely with AIESEC LCs in the UK, US, Australia and NZ as well as with AIESEC Shanghai to ensure 100+ of trainees from these countries are raised, matched and realized every year to come to China as teachers.

 

As a Global Sourcing Coordinator (GSC), you will be asked to develop a strategy to support and motivate the LCs to carry on targeted recruitment campaigns and track their progress closely throughout the year. You will also be responsible for creating recruitment materials and for overlooking company’s social media strategy.
