This is Flora Liu, your LCP 2013 and also Election Manager for AIESEC XJTU Generation 2014. Hereby, on behalf of the AIESEC XJTU 2013 EB Team, I proudly announce that:

Application Launch! 

• Who can apply?
  

According to AIESEC XJTU regulation, every current member is eligible to apply LCP. Please find the attachment booklet for detailed information. Also, the election day will be held on Nov.10th, 2013. Every member is required to come and vote.

• Application Deadline: 23:59, GMT+8, Nov.5th, 2013
• Succession Timeline (for both LCP and LCVP 2014)

• Words from LCP:

LCP is definitely not a easy journey. But I want you to know how worthwhile it is:2 countries and 2 international conferences, 4 national meetings, 2 conference team experience, 1 subcommittee experience, one great and only LCP group, and ALL OF YOU as my very family team.

Without this experience, I would never work so intensively, expose myself to such vulnerable environment, feel unsafe and then grow. I would never be able to know friends from more than 100 countries and experience what real diversity means to myself. I would never go through the inner journey with the help from all sides and become stronger and stronger. I can not say enough what LCP experience can offer. It is a big platform you can hardly imagine, as long as you are proactive enough.

Many AIESECers have repeated this and I can only agree: being the LCP is the most challenging but also the best experience AIESEC can offer. It is the process of planning, learning, trying, falling, and standing up again that really makes you grow. And please also remember, no matter what the result is, the election itself is a great opportunity to reflect, to learn and to grow. 

 

There are two questions for you. Have you regretted with what you did? Have you regretted with what you didn’t do? I believe most of you feel more connected with the latter one. If you participate in something even though it is not in your plan, in most occasions, you can have unexpected gains which are usually what you will treasure life-long. 

 

It's Now or Never.
