(1) Weibo marketing (AISENKE Account, post information related to HR and showcase our cooperation)

(2) E-newsletter system and quarterly newsletter for externals

(3) Product positioning documentation 

(4) Other channel advertisement  (research on the platform, and choose and post)

Regional ICX Development NST (Northern): Linus Gu (VPICX 2011 from BFSU)

JD:

(1) Plan, track and evaluate the synergy in the region, especially in Beijing

(2) Co-host regional training and activities

(3) Manage and utilize beijing external and trainee resources

(4) Look for incentive and growth point for this region

Benefit: Management and organization skills

(ps, it's role much like what Jaycee Lam did in his term for ICX)

(1) Plan, track national "Go Teach" program,final responsible for national educational traineeship pipeline
(2) Track and manage Discover China CEEDers
(3) Manage national educational traineeship database and send newsletter to targeted countries
(4) Communicate with other AIESEC entities (have meetings)
(5) Closely work with MC ICX GIP Director

KPI- No. of Raise, Match of Go Teach
Profile: TL above with ET or match experience, Fluent English

Cultural communication

Regional ICX Development NST (Southern & Eastern) *2

JD:

(1) Plan, track and evaluate the synergy in the region, especially in Beijing

National Trainee Experience Manager

(1) Manage national trainees, track and support LCs

(2) Engage trainee and provide better trainee experience through activities and basic service control

(3) Showcase the successful case (to Weibo, externals, discover china website)

(4) Discover China website "trainee experience page" management

KPI: Trainee feedback, no. of showcase

(ps, it's a role you can learn much from OGX EP service)

Profile: TL above, considerate, persistent, patient

National Support Team --- GROUP TWO: National Account Managers *3-5

NST Role duration: at least 6 months, 1 year

National delivery is not positive currently and the main bottleneck is we didn't put enough effort to service these clients. "没有每一个客都好好接"

So here comes the national account managers to put REAL effort and time on the partnership management.

National account managers is an important group of people to manage the partnership with key clients of AIESEC, such as Lenovo, IBM. 

One manager will be responsible for one big account (like Lionbridge, 150 MTTT TN ) delivery and management or several accounts in its region.

It's not a easy role and don't underestimate the importance and tasks. It's challenging and rewarding. Nobody in national plenary has done well in this field, and you will be like an entrepreneur to find a smart way and implement it.

JD:

(1) Either deliver the needs of client or track/train the delivery people in LC 

(2) Clients post-sales call and company visit

(3) Client evaluation and re-raise

(4) Partner and trainee engagement and showcase

(5) Account database management

KPI: No. of form matched, Feedback from trainee and clients, showcase

Benefits: Account management practice, Relationship with HR from big companies
