【LC_IMP】LC assessment（绩效考评）以及TL/mgr--EB Mentorship继续开展

Dear AIESECers，

    我是TM assessment manager钟莹莹~废话少说，此封邮件主要有两部分内容。

一、LC assessment（绩效考评） 

二、TL/Manager--EB Mentorship继续开展 (Member可以忽略这一part)

－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－分割线－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－ 

一、LC assessment（绩效考评）

     从4月初开始,我们LC已经开始进行绩效考评。

1.每个Function相应负责人：

  我们成立了LST（Local Support Team），以下是每个部门相应负责人：

GIPi：张丽哲    GIPo:肖佳雯   GCDPo：陈劲鸥   GCDPi：倪娜

Marcomm：杨恺  ER：简丹      LCD：叶昕       Finance：梁敏铧   TM：钟莹莹

LST们很辛苦，大家请积极支持和配合他们的工作！

2.绩效考核内容： 

  考核分两部分，（一）为工作态度考核（involvement），占40%；

                       （二）为任务绩效考核（performance），占60%。

  附件为assessment track（考核登记表），主要由VP和LST填写，交TM汇总。

（一）工作态度考核

  具体内容如图：

所以大家如果整理了KM（knowledge management）、参加了Conference或者做了OC/Faci（之前的已登记过不必再次告诉），都需要在当周内跟自己Function的LST反应，做好相关登记。

（二）任务绩效考核

此部分具体分为function track、TL/manager track、member track（包括senior）三个部分。 既针对整个Function作考评，也针对每一个成员作考评。

主要考评大家平时工作的performance。这部分更多具体内容请下载附件。

3.考核结果

大家的努力和付出都将有记录。

在本term结束时，我们将会结合考评结果，评选出Star TL、Star Manager、Star Member以及Most progress Function等奖项。

大家为自己function争光哦~

二、TL/Manager--EB Mentorship继续开展

    经过LC范围内的survey调查，我们将继续开展TL/Mgr--EB间的Mentorship。

1.Mentor or Mentee微调：

Mentor和Mentee匹配大致不变，如上一阶段，如有漏名字的或者需微调Mentor或Mentee的人请发短信告诉我：15207185113。DDL:5月1号24:00

2.近段时间安排：

（1）自家Mentor和Mentee Bonding：

  有童鞋反映说跟mentor不是很熟，所以Mentor请带着自家的Mentee先bonding一次，（mentee也请互相勾搭然后一起找mentor）

  方便之后更好的进行一对一的Mentorship。DDL:5月12号24:00

（2）Mentorship线下活动：

  大致在5月中下旬，会有一次Mentorship线下活动。
