             I'm Stefan Covariuc, the OC Non-Corporate Development(ICX) GROW 1.1&1.2 (Summer) and I'm writing you on behalf of GROW, a cool national educational project.

Be the one who will deliver trainings to 11^th and 12^th grade teenagers and have an impact in their lives! The topics will be like:

·  Negotiation skills

·  People/ team management

·  Leadership

·  My vocational path

·  Personal values, ect.

What we offer?

·  Food, accommodation

·  Train the Trainees conference (where you will meet another 43 trainees, all for the same project) 

·   Local Transportation

·  7 weeks of positive impact

What should you bring?

·  Previous experience with teenagers

·  Desire to make a positive change in future generations

·  Have the ICPS and speak very good english

·  Creativity, joy, energy, originality, commitment and your smile

Kasia, says about Grow 1.0 and 1.1 that: “Six weeks that I spent in Suceava was an amazing experience. I have learned so much about the Romanian culture, I have met many great friends. Romania is so much better than I have expected it to be. It is a great place with so many nice, open and spontaneous  people. I especially love the teenagers here, there are just briliant and I am sure that thanks to them Romania will be even better place in the future!”
