【EP Feedback】SYSU PJ Spring term PJ feedback

辛苦你们了！

过去这个春季，我们一共接受了16名EP，14名完成了新的trainee system的填写，EP的评分中，整个的评分为7.6分。

在EP的Feedback中，主要有意见的点有

1. TN JD变动。

（广州GPN的几个EP，特别是菲律宾妹子在这一点上非常不满）

所以固定的Schedule和来之前确定好TN的变动是非常非常重要的！

2.语言困难。Host有一定问题。（表示EC的亲找Host辛苦了，没事，解决了就好~~~）

3. OC或Buddy反映慢。（OC structure很重要）

4.活动的准备还不够充分。

还有很多赞美和感谢的话，戳开附件吧，非常感动！

做EP能遇到你们这么好的OCP，太幸福了！
