Internship Title: Trainer (Banking and Finance)
Department you will be working in: Training & Education
1. Perform training needs analysis of a particular group of trainees and liaise with company to define what sort of training is suitable, as well as providing advice on Training Strategies to implement.
2. Prepare training plan, based on the above analysis, business needs & reports.
3. Create training manuals/modules of a particular subject for the students. You should have ability to author content of that particular subject.
4. Evaluate performance of the trainees, provide feedback and monitor post-training progress.
5. Manage own workload; conduct trainings as scheduled.
6. Collaborate with centre coordinator/ administration for all work-related needs. Submit monthly reports.
Preparation required from the intern before arrival*
- Intern should be of Business Administration, Or Banking & Finance background. With experience of 1-3 years in the field; and most preferably able to teach/train in the same area. Clearly highlight the required competencies in the motivational letter and CV.
- Possession of a driver’s license will be to your biggest advantage, but not required.
- Knowledge of Arabic would be preferred, but not a requirement.
