Greetings from AIESEC GDUFS Finance Department!
Some of you must have experienced a lot in the past exciting eXchange and would like to apply for Returnee Deposit Refund when come back to China.
This official mailing is to inform you of the EP Refund issue and provide guidance through your application for refund after you came back.
The following is guidance of claiming for￥500 Refund for RETURNEE
Process 1
1. Please fill in one online Exchange Feedback Sheet (海外项目反馈表及退款申请)
To get $500 refund, you need to fill the survey correctly and completely.

The feedback sheet includes:
l Basic information
l EP LC information
l TN LC/accommodation information
l TN project information
l General satisfaction
l Finance information (this part will include your bank account info. To make it more efficient, we strongly recommendBank of China because AIESEC GDUFS’s official bank account is BoC. )
Process 2
1.Traineeship Report :
name it as “LC-EPID ( for example: GDUFS-EP-In-CN-GD-2011-2049)” (实习报告須以word 文档保存，纯文字版请勿添加图片)
Traineeship Report Standards：
1) The report should contain deep thoughts on the entire AIESEC experience with personal perspectives and feelings, DO NOT simply take down what happened. (个人感受)
2) Your feelings on the culture of your host country and its people.(国家/地区印象)
3) Your understanding of your work. Talk about what you did and how you feel.(工作纪实)
4) The report is preferred in Chinese, with an English summary, altogether they should be above 1000 words.(请在报告结尾处署名&实习国家&报告书写日期)
2. three High Quality Photos:
name it as“ LC-EPID-Number (for example:
GDUFS-EP-In-CN-GD-2011-2049-1,
GDUFS-EP-In-CN-GD-2011-2049-2,
GDUFS-EP-In-CN-GD-2011-2049-3) ”(相片须以jpg格式保存)
The standards for Photos are as follows:
1) Among the 3 photos, there need to be at least 1 individual photo about working. For the individuals, the person itself should occupy the major parts of the pictures. (最少一張工作照，三张照片均有实习生本人)
3. EP Refund Claim Form:
name it as“ EPID-Chinese Name-Matched Country-exchange type
(for example: EP-In-CN-GD-2011-2049-张三-坦桑尼亚-GIP;
EP-In-CN-GD-2011-2049-李四-印度-GCDP) ”
The standards for EP Refund Claim Form is as follows:
1) All the information must be true. To get $500 refund, you need to fill the form correctly and completely.
2) Signature must be signed by EP.
3) Bank account information must be same with which you wrote on online feedback sheet.
4) Please kindly follow this process when you are about to fill refund claim form: Print it ----- fill it ----- scan it as “jpg” or “pdf”
