Dear all,
Match peak is approaching, especially the CEE PEAK. I know you all kind of suffer from the CEE and part of the WENA countries’ delivery. Following are the partnership information I brought back from EuroXpro. Me and international relationship NST will set up the online meeting for the detail partnership to support you guys. So , don’t worry , we will be the strong back for you :)

不会特别organize matching mania. 最好在五月中结束match， 保证足够时间办签证

保加利亚
50 个TN 给中国，即每个项目两个中国EP，保证diversity
Ø Create online spreadsheetØ NST in charge of deliverØ Organize Matching Mania regularly, at end of Apr and early of May.Ø Finish matching at mid of May.NST
乌克兰
没有见到VPI 本人，只见到部分LCP，TN情况会和去年暑假相比略有增长，我会online和VP confirm，保持update给大家

俄罗斯情况和乌克兰类似，只有两个LCP参会了

匈牙利
Summer 700 TNs,新的VPI 非常乐意和我们保持并扩大partnership。预计20%，也就是140个左右TN给中国EP。

意大利
意大利下一年会以drive GCDPo 为focus，也会继续maintain GCDPi，只有MC VPO和F参加了会议。我会这两天和MC 开meeting确定具体available的TN。对于收取的高额TN fee，MC 会做出部分investment来减轻EP负担和ensure quality，会再consolidate。

希腊
希腊情况和意大利相似 。会于JD不足或者水的情况，以及高昂TN fee：1.会统一rent AIESEC flat，MC cover part of it, ensure 2. AIES

波兰
Summer 600 TNs,新的VPI 非常乐意和我们保持并扩大partnership。预计20%，也就是120个左右TN给中国EP。

南非
南非属于新市场，新的MC 会drive 两个GCDP program，所以会有少部分项目
墨西哥
墨西哥新的MC非常希望scale up 和中国的合作，both incoming and outgoing GCDP，墨西哥的签证可以拿到，不过需要比较长的时间，对于学校有西语专业的，或者对美洲感兴趣是可以尝试target的市场。暑假他们打算300个realization，ideal希望有50个给中国，不过还是谨慎match。
哥伦比亚
哥伦比亚和墨西哥情况类似
埃及
Meet到来AUC和CU的LCP。
AUC summer预计realize 300个，50个给中国EP。
CU预计350个realization，70个给中国EP。
针对之前出的case quality，他们会组一整个hostel作为EP的住处，且promise投入了足够的人力来做reception，每人都配有buddy。

I know you guys are suffer; I know you guys has lots of pressure now. But promise must deliver to our EPs.
What matters is not numbers, but the stories behind numbers.
The stories are not only beautiful stories, but the impactful experience which really contribute to the youth development.
And me, all the NST and all the OGX group will be your strongest support .

这是match季，激烈紧张的match季，在大家忙于deliver match的时候，我希望大家在心里一直明白，为什么要做OGX的意义。这不仅仅是我们一直说的life changing experience，而是我们的EP，甚至我们自己，在这个全球化的时代，我们够不够global competitive，我们是不是合格的世界公民？exchange，最好和最大化程度的给中国的青年人提供了这个平台。而你们是真正make it happen的人。
我们一直在说我们是Global number 1， 这个No.1 也不仅是realize number，而是代表了我们在OGX领域应该有的standard和态度。如何用更少的人，更高的质量去完成同样的事，是我们值得思考的问题。在接下来也会带着大家和NST一起尝试，大家要多多配合。我们一起带来更高效，更有质量的改变：）。
