Management traineeship - for Europe Regional Customer / Passenger Support from Global Contact Centre in Sri Lanka

Requirements:
* Willing to commit for work for one year with the "option" of extension of work permit subject to mutual agreement
* Excellent spoken and written Language skills in "French and / or German"
(Ability to speak fluently in English other than foreign languages will be a distinct advantage.)
* Previous work / internship experience in working for a travel, leisure and/or customer support operations or similar environment with exposure in handling customers preferable though not mandatory
* Interest in tourism, hospitality or Airline industry would be advantageous along with any qualification in similar field.
* Willingness and ability to work in a multi-cultural environment and to work on a 5-day work week with the working hours matching European time zone (approximately 2pm to 11pm Sri Lanka time)
* HelloCorp will provide 45 days of training based on SriLankan Airlines’ International Aviation Academy curriculum on basics of airline / travel industry, ticketing, reservations, support services and airline systems apart from soft skills and orientation / familiarization trips to airport (and short-haul international/domestic travel wherever applicable) coupled with on-the-job training
