Hello i am Dinesh Maurya (V.P, Incoming exchange) AIESEC,BARODA.
I am providing you a very nice opportunity to know the current issues of INDIA and hence helping the tribal people of nearby to cities to change their lives.
AIESEC BARODA has taken a very nice step to Change lives of people who are not educated and provided by minimum requirement of life by introducing the project named "PROJECT INDIGENOUS PEOPLE".
The project is mainly depended on EPs coming from different countries and interacting with Tribal People and try to know their life style and gather under one roof and sharing their views , ideas and plans that can help then to improve their lives. And Do various small small events to spread the awareness among tribal people by working in village which is little far from baroda.
We are running this project since 2006 and still continuing it furthermore due to overwhelming response.
The project is having two cycles in winter :
FIRST: starting on 1st December 2011 and is continuing till 15th January 2012.
SECOND: starting on 20th January 2012 and is continuing till 5th March 2012.
The EPs applying for this project have to participate mainly in 3 events.
1.OPENING CONFERENCE :-
It is opening ceremony of the events.In this the EPs are introduced to the project and will be briefed about the events which are going to take place.
2.AIESEC Baroda Event :-
EP have to take active participation in all AIESEC Baroda’s current event. Like Recruitment and etc.
3. TRANIEE EVENT
EP have to attend all Traniee event which will organized by AIESEC Baroda for them. Like Traniee dinner, trainee sports day and etc.
