Dear OGX GCDP的EPM们~~~

接手娜娜的工作，EP track form的更新needs you！！

关于EP track form的几点说明：

1.新增填写内容：是否已办保险、是否已买机票、出发日期、回国日期、QQ号、skype，共6项。

2.TN Country貌似不小心删了……麻烦大家再填一下><

3.表格最右边有EP护照号码、是否有意向成为member，请大家尽量问一下自己的EP。

4.红色标出的EP，有的状态还是available的，或者有的还未收到邀请函，请注意及时更新进度。

Nice Reminder：

1.MC的同城list现已统计出来，请参考以下链接中的同城EP list，请将链接转发给你的EP，或者保存为excel发给EP：

同城list的目的在于让EP找到跟自己去同一国家或分会的其他中国EP，可结伴同行。

2.我们会成立realization team，负责EP出国前期准备、以及在国外做项目和回国后的联系工作，general的定位如下：

我会在本周内找到realization team的4位成员，分别分管欧洲、非洲、印度、亚洲其他国家的EP track和realization，并共同讨论和制定关于EP实习期间我们需要提供的support。

若对此有意向可以直接回复本邮件哦:)

对于OGXer来说，最开心的时刻莫过于看到你所帮助的人拥有了一次完美的海外体验，所以，为了他们能顺利完成自己项目、在陌生的环境中同样感受到来自家乡的温暖，
