my VPICX has rejected your EP because they say that it takes almost 200 dollars to make the invitation and they are not able to arrange that money... :( sorry... 这是他们要reject的原因。。。。

 

我问他们原因，这是他们给的解释。。。make the invitation letter for chinese people we have to pay 200 dollars to ministry of russia :)
