Hope the mail finds you in the best of health and spirits.

I am really excited for tomorrow and I cannot wait to see the response from China and India aswell. All the LCs in India are extremely anxious to attend it. Our partnership has always been excellent and I hope it continues for the years to come. On behalf of AIESEC India, I would like to Thank You for the wonderful co-operation. 

 

As per what I have to spoke to you about the Flow and the rules to ensure an efficient and a non-chaotic of the MM, please refer to them and let me know if we need to make any changes in the same.

 

Flow	Time  (1pm GMT)
Buffer Time and instructions	10mins
Introduction to AIESEC India National Projects	15mins
Questions/clarifications	5mins
Promotion of LC Projects (GCDPs)	15mins
Introduction to the EPs from China	20mins
Total	1hour 5mins

 

Instructions:

1.       Follow the Schedule of the Matching Mania.

2.       Every attendee has an allotted time to express themselves.

3.       Attendees are allowed to post only when its their turn or (Block to talk).

4.       Spamming of TNs/EPs will be taken out of the Matching Mania.

5.       Facilitators of China are responsible for add OGX (VPs, EPs mangers and EPs)

6.       Facilitators of India are responsible for add ICX (VPs, OCPs and TN managers)

7.       Private conversation is the best way to conduct interviews.

8.       YOUR PROFILE NAME SHOULD BE:
