Department the intern will be working	Strategy & Finance
Job Description1	Coordination/management of corporate initiatives. Support other ad hoc project
Job Description2	Conduct internal and external researches and provide analytical support, Draft and prepare management presentation slides and financial reports, Create financial reports for management team
Job Description3	Develop quantitative and qualitative market research & analysis (e.g. country macroeconomics, competitor benchmarking, retail trends).
Job Description4	Internal research & financial data analysis, such as store performance, supplier performance and etc.
Job Description5	Help coordinate annual planning / strategic planning process and various strategic meetings
Job Description6	Supporting and contributing to knowledge management (e.g. online library and database). Build and develop good work relationship with vendors and other key stakeholders
Measurable results expected from the intern	The right candidate will be the person who wants to further his/her career in corporate strategy or corporate planning/finance and plans to improve his/her analytical, communication and project management skills.
Preparation required from the intern before arrival	 Familiar with Excel and PowerPoint  Basic understanding of Retail Industry and key competitive landscape  Basis financial & accounting knowledge and understand key P&L items  Some understanding of Financial modeling  Know the key strategic frameworks

Learning points that the intern might obtain during the internship	- Understand more about strategy development in retailing business in Asia - Acquired project coordination and communication experience by leading projects with people from different parties, including internal associates and external vendors.
