Department the intern will be working	Global Business Process and Information Systems Department
Job Description1	Support in the analysis of business activities and trends and compares analysis against best standards through application of quantitative techniques. Present findings and recommend conclusions to identify and implement strategies that will address tactical and strategic goals (example: Analysis of Fresh Department’s Waste of Walmart Japan and ASDA in UK)
Job Description2	Support business process discussions with key business stakeholders in areas of Merchandising, Supply Chain, Human Resources and Operations
Job Description3	Creates and maintains project schedules by developing project plans, tracking all phases of the project, providing timely reporting of issues that impact project progress, coordinating actions
Job Description4	Serves as a liaison between the team and the market in relation with administration (example: Point person of the on-boarding of new associates in the GBP team in China)
Job Description5	Reporting and follow up on ISD financials through monthly budget and variance analysis
Job Description6	Manage weekly communications between the Regional office and its Asia markets
