2012 Winter Peak 退款流程

STEP 1：完成MC及LC的在线反馈表

MC反馈表地址：

LC反馈表地址：

http://www.askform.cn/130864-246947.aspx

注：两张反馈表都必须填写，一份是由MC提供的，一份是由LC提供的。

STEP 2：上传实习报告和实习照片

1) 实习报告

Ø 必须为word文档

Ø 文件名必须为: LC-EPID ( 例：NJU-EP-CN-NJ-2011-330)

Ø 文件内容必须为模板所表述三项内容： 

        基本感受 

        国家/地区印象 

        工作纪实

2) 实习照片

Ø 三张照片，其中至少一张为工作照

Ø 图片文件名必须为：LC-EPID-Number （例: NJU-EP-CN-NJ-2011-330-1, NJU-EP-CN-NJ-2011-330-2, NJU-EP-CN-NJ-2011-2049-3）

3)实习报告和照片上传地址：www.dbank.com

请按照自己的实习国家/地区分别上传到不同的账号上，并上传到相应LC（NJU）的文件夹中。

STEP 3: 得到退款

当且仅当EP

Ø 填写完MC和LC的两份反馈表

Ø 正确上传实习报告和实习照片到DBANK相应位置，并发送至caro...@gmail.com

该EP才可以得到500元退款。

中国大陆总会每周会公布这些成功者的名单，每月也会汇总公布。届时NJU分会也会及时转达信息给大家。
