AIESEC Nanjing 2012 Spring XPS 

 OCP & OC Position Opened！

What is XPS： 

全称exchange preparation seminar，是每学期OGX-GCDP的常规活动

Goals:

在exchange之前为EP提供全方面的准备信息，使他们能够更快更好的适应国外生活

调整EP的expectation，使他们对即将面临的挑战有所准备

为同期EP提供交流和沟通的平台

使EP更了解AIESEC 南京 ，增进与AIESEC 南京 的情感联系

 

How Will We Operate?

请哪些Returnee？在哪里举行？Drama？Games？ …… OC拥有充分的决定权！

我们希望得到更多好的创意，他来自于我们LC的所有member

我们会在本周末确定OC TEAM,XPS 大概会在六月9号举办

所以OC TEAM 的工作时间大致为 5月20到6月9

所以希望大家根据自己的时间安排合理选择

但是呢，也不要以期末考试，四六级什么的为借口

我坚信这次OC TEAM 一定会是你在AIESEC最难忘的经历

不报你就后悔吧

About  OC Team:

 

Structure：

 1 OCP + 5~6 OC= an extraordinary OC Team !

 

Job Description of OC：

•  OC EVENT+logistic:设计XPS的形式、内容；准备所需物料
•  OC COMMU:联系chair，Speaker(Returnee),Sponsor等；
•  OC SOUVENIR:设计纪念品和海报等
•  OC FINANCE:管钱的
•  OC PROMOTION:搞活动宣传，人人微博走起来

具体的position在OCP选出后会有所调整

 

Who Do We Want？

责任心；热情；Striving for Excellence；渴望成长；有想法敢创新，

致力于提高EP SERVICE 的好好青年

本次OC招募向全LC的mbr及EP开放，机会难得，不要错过！

下载并且填写附件中的OCP 或OC Application Form，完成后发送至：maggie.a...@gmail.com

邮件标题与application form名称请统一：“XPS OCP/OC Application+姓名”

DDL: l  FOR OCP,本周五（5.18）晚上23:59之前

                                      FOR OC,本周六（5.19）晚上23:59之前
