Hello AIESEC Indore,

I hope you all doing well with your studies and exam times are going pleasant.

I am writing this mail with a very important subject other than elections (#forachange) about EB applications for AIESEC Indore 2013 for which most of you are planning to apply and probably have already started filling the applications. I just want to silently remind you about the deadline of submitting your application which is 25th November 2012 at 12 Noon which has been already informed to you with the application. 

Following are the guidelines which you need to keep in mind NOW to have a successful submittion of your application.

1. The application will only be accepted in the link form of myaiesec.net. Please do not attach your application in a mail and do your submittion, you need to upload your application in myaiesec.net and send only the link to me. 

Note 1: If you are facing problem in uploading the application please get in touch with your managers, they shall help you out. 

Note 2: If you dont know how to upload the application, please go to the same managers you wished to go with the previous case.

2. Your application youtube video link should also be included in the application submittion mail. More information is given in the application itself.

3. All your endorsements (2 endorsements) needs to be attached with the application itself. Your application will be rejected right away if the application doesn't has endorsement letters. All the endorsements needs to be duly signed originally (NO Electronic Signatures) by the endorse.

4. Their is NO 2nd round application. The first and final deadline for EB applications for the year 2013 closes on only one deadline which is 25/11/2012 at 12 noon.

I hope all the guidelines are very clear to you and understood. Interviews will start from second week of december and once the applications are received we will be declaring the schedules.
