1. All the voting members need to report at the venue by sharp 11:30 A.M. Members will not be allowed to vote if they are late even by a minute.

2. Dress Code is strictly Decent Super Formals. Any member not in super formals will be asked to go back and not be a part of the election process.

Super Formals for Boys: Suit with formals shoes. Super Formals for girls: Formal dress or formal suit. No Jeans even if it looks formal.

3. Refreshments will be available in the breaks.

4. All are suppose to leave after the announcements of the LCPe only.
