Hello AIESEC Indore,

I hope the subject has already set the tone of this mail ;)

With a very nostalgic rewind movie of my AIESEC experience been played in my mind right now, since the time I was recruited till now which is a proud moment where I say "born and brought in AIESEC Indore" :) I am writing this mail to address a very important forum for the leadership bodies of AIESEC Indore, EB 2012 and EB 2013 known as Annual General Meeting.

Annual General Meeting is basically a yearly forum where both general bodies of AIESEC Indore plays a important role in identifying a leadership body of the local committee in terms of the past present and future of the AIESEC entity. Basically both the EBs of AIESEC Indore EB 2012 and EB 2013 presents a formal presentation where the OUTGOING EB (THE Stallions) presents there performance report infront of the local committee which includes general body members and alumni group. Further the general body ask questions if they have any query on the performance or regarding financial health of the local committee in the year. Post this the general body shows confidence or no confidence for that matter through a democratic process of ballot paper which is a followed in AIESEC. On the basis of  the majority of the membership positively the OUTGOING is discharged from its roles and responsibilities as the Executive Body of AIESEC Indore 2012. 

According to the current situation we will have a confidence from incoming EB for the Outgoing EB for Discharge and Confidence from the Outgoing EB for Incoming EB towards Ratification. Both the LCPs and the Chair for tomorrow is been kept on board and with the mutual consensus of both the EBs we will declare ratification of incoming EB and Discharge of Outgoing EB. 

As a prior notice from the Outgoing LCP's desk and a information to the Local Committee, I declare GROUP DISCHARGE which means the whole executive body comprising me and my 9 EB members will be discharged all together from there roles and responsibilities.

It is a complete professional forum where a decorum is maintained by every member present in the meeting and the whole committee comprising both the Executive Bodies are present to play there important role in making this forum completely successful.

Annual General Meeting will happen tomorrow on 10/02/2013 from 12 Noon on-wards at Prestige Institute PG Campus (opposite to bombay hospital). Everyone who has received this mail is invited to come. Also as a member and representative of AIESEC Indore your presence in this forum is mandatory not just because your present is important but also me and my team needs to good wishes from each one of you towards our future and want to have a happy goodbye from the Local Committee. Because its our last address to the LC we want a complete stereo type and traditional goodbye from you guys :)
