Congratulations on having your successors in place :)

A lot of you must be in the process of transition, as much as it is a great feeling, it is a huge responsibility as well. Just think about yourself when you were an incoming VP in iGCDP. Think of all the things you wish you were told then and you will know what to cover with your successors :)

Like they say : True success is when your successor is more successful than you!

Please go through the transition guide attached for GCDP ICX and generic guide for EB members. It will give you a direction for covering various aspects of the portfolio during transition with your successors. Please cover this with your sons/daughters and forward this to them as well. 

Also, here is a quick checklist to guide you more during transition. 

• All Realizations and Matches pertaining to 2013 on system
  
• System clean up with match breaks and undelivered forms removed. 
  
• Transition meeting with every single client
  
• Audits are solely your responsibility 
  
• Compile all iGCDP resources and hand over it to your successor
  
• Ensure members are tracked properly and continue to perform
  
• Share National and international resources
  
• Introduce members on commission group with an e-mail
  
• Ensure their signatures are changed
  
• Complete transition for realizations for month of January.
