主题： 【MoC OGX GCDP】2013 Winter oGCDP CEEDership LAUNCH
Winter Quality Control CEED
旨在了解并监督对方iGCDP项目运营情况以确保MoC EP的项目体验质量， 维护并协助发展两国partnership, 协助EP处理crisis，帮助EP维护权益。
JD-出国前：
1. 取得和TN国家MC和LC的联系，确定LC走访行程和住宿交通问题
2. 了解和分析TN国家的状况和主要的Project
3. 通过同城list（待公布）与即将到达目的地的EP取得联系，并且确定这些EP都购买了保险并做好了相应的准备，并保持联系
出国中：
4. Meeting with TN国家MC，更新合作状况、获取national contact list,帮助我们MC传递信息
5. 如果可能，积极参加他们的Natco，并做一个介绍中国文化的presentation
6. 走访当地至少一半的LC，必须要走访本国所有national project
7. 走访LC时，接触每一个在当地的中国EP，并取得反馈记录
8. 在走访LC时，每个LC至少走访2个NGO或PBOX OCP，记录项目运营情况
9. 在走访LC时，参加当地LC meeting并记录分析LC信息(LC规模、两个GCDP function的运营状况etc.)
10. 处理EP case时将每一个case解决情况记录以作为之后的KM.
11. 当在当地的中国EP因质量问题发生抱怨时，直接与他们见面沟通协助解决问题
12. 撰写weekly report，及时updated 当地TN国家和项目情况。
回国后：
13. 编写关于该国项目和ICX GCDP发展情况的report交给MC
14. 有义务transit 经验和资料给下一任CEED
15. 将走访中所有的信息整理并以meeting或者邮件等形式deliver给VPO & Country Partnership NST以指导下一学期的工作。
Profile requirement
Ø 自主独立能力，沟通能力，性格外向，成熟，流利的英文沟通能力
Ø 欢迎所有function背景的TL及EB来参加MC CEED，prefer EB 和 NST.
Realize 时间
CEED 的时间是1月中至2月中下旬，至少3周（时间根据国家可调整，若EB申请，面试时将会将Natco的时间纳入考虑范围）
