今天发邮件主要是有一件很重要的事，那就是
Matching Mania between MoC & Mauritius！！！
时间：北京时间12月1日（星期天，也就是明天）21:30
在Skype上进行，请所有毛里求斯意向的EP或其EPM以及 TL至少提前半小时加Skype,具体名称今晚再发给大家。
Ø Agenda
1. Introduction of matching mania
2. Explanation of agenda
3. TN managers present TNs (first round)
4. EP managers propose EPs for TNs that they are interested in (first round)
5. TN managers present TNs (second round)
6. EP managers propose EPs for TNs that they are interested in (second round)
7. TN manager and EP managers then contact each other for interview and faster matching after the meeting

从上表大家可以看出现在整个毛里求斯的项目数量以及在全球和中国大陆的match 情况。
为了确保diversity，我已经要求对方把中国大陆的EP所占比重控制在25%以下了，
所以上面那些标黄的项目就尽量不要把EP match过去了！！！
Ø 最后普及一下MM知识：
What is a Matching Mania
（以下表述参考了CEE NST Neal童鞋的邮件，感谢Neal）
Matching Mania简单来说就是两国之间的一个Match大会，到时候会把毛里求斯想要中国EP的各个LC的TNM或VP iGCDP以及我们MoC的想去毛里求斯的EP以及他们的EPM和TL加到一个Skype聊天群里，然后大家就跟相亲一样，TN方介绍他们的LC以及项目，EP介绍自己或者EPM/TL介绍EP，双方看顺眼的可以拖走私聊，聊得愉快就可以直接约面试进行Match。会议届时将由我和毛里求斯的MCVP共同主持。
发邮件没有回复？找不到TNM的Skype ID？来毛中两国友好配对大会吧！Match快到你难以想象！
Ø 要准备的有：
- For TL：
1. 整理出你们LC要去毛里求斯的EP ID，到时候可以直接复制到对话中，
For example :“Hey I have 5 EPs who only want to go to Russia, and here are their EP IDs ... ”
这只是举个例子，大家要是有更好的推荐EP的语言也是OK的。
2.通知EP/EPM参加Matching Mania，要落实到每个人，不要只是转转邮件。
- For EP/EPM:
想去毛里求斯的EP或EPM至少要有一个人参加Matching Mania。要准备好EP的英文介绍，内容要包含EP ID和联系方式（Gmail/Skype/Facebook...），不要太长，简短但是能够引起TNM注意是最好不过的。如果有准备的EP也可以附上你个人主页或者你的介绍视频的网页链接。
最后希望大家一定要抓住这次机会好好Match，这是毛里求斯最后一次match中国EP了。
