Raise:
ü UIBE achieved most MT/TT raise, mainly contributed by NCST: 8 raise & 15 re-raise from 4 accounts
ü SJTU also did an amazing job, 15 forms on system and actually 28 matchable forms! Mainly contributed from 1 account re-raise and 7 new TN takers!
ü SYSU grows very fast, 12 raise from 2 big and great accounts, BJTU did a good job in reraise in Goldwine, more than 10 TNs are reraised
ü THU and RUC achieved a lot, especially from NCST.
Match
ü SYSU demonstrated the fastest delivery process, most MT/TT TNs are matched within 1 month, even within half month. Also they realized the matched forms in a fast way. Find Cath for some tipsJ
ü UIBE have been delivering constant matching with Vanceinfo(making progress every month, contact Jody if you want to know how to manage big account for a long time. Other MT TNs match delivery time: 1 month.
ü PKU delivered fast matching and fast realization in January just after getting on board. SJTU delivered every single match within 1 month!!

*有的LC的forms不是都upload在系统上,available form一个是根据实际情况, 另一方面也有历史account积累.
ü 有很多LC已经有很多available的forms, 请在人力和精力上重视exchange的delivery! 特别是那些你们一、二月上的form,那些三、四月的form在黄金期的form, 以最快速度进入match
ü match成功最重要的因素是: 1. Commitment!!; 2. never delay(每次沟通不要推迟到第二天,因为match包括太多次沟通)! 3. 主动而专业地沟通! Match最重要的是细节,尽量让这个过程更简单有效(注意promotion email,spam的方法,统一的简历模板和profile short list,控制给公司每个package人数、搭配和节奏)
ü 正常的match是可以在三周完成的, 可以设定checking point保证每个流程不要推迟,控制可控部分,积极影响结果。
ü Match要成功最黄金的时间绝对是一个月,1 公司也有倦怠期;2 战线拉长都很难进行tracking
