Carolina is the best leader i have ever met, who is always inspiring, motivating and self-developing. During our executive board term, Carolina led core function - X department achieved 160% growth and built up effective member system, what's more, Carolina has ability to analysis current situation of local committee and put up constructive suggestions. I believe Carolina is a powerful and influential person who has got a distinguished understanding about leadership. She has deep insights in the whole organization's developing direction and she also has talent in leading the team to achieve the goal step by step.
