Hope this mail finds you in a good shape and Happy Mid-Festival! <3

As you may know that iGCDP in Mainland of China just received two German CEEDers this summer to enhance the partnership between AIESEC in the two big entities, now, MCVP oGCDP and me decided to send one Chinese CEEDer to German this Nov to promote and raise EPs specifically for MoC! I budgeted 5,000RMB(max) to subsidize this CEED.

Here is the JD and Requirement,

The JD would look like:

- CEED for Minimum 4 weeks from 1st of November starting

- participation in Recruitment Events (Lecture speeches, Info stands, fairs, info evenings, other events)

- Kick-Off and Motivation for OGX (Sessions, participation in team meetings)

- Motivation of the LC  (Participation in the LCMs)

--> Main goal is to let the CEEDer visit a minimum of 4 LC, and raise EPs for China for Projects with a high quality.

We offer(from Germany):

- 600EUR(max) Investment: For travelling costs to and in Germany

- Free Hosting in the LCs

Requirements for the CEEDer are:

- very fast selection from your side (because the CEEDer also needs Visa and we are on a short timeline)

- free the whole November to come, maybe even longer

- iGCDP background, but also oGCDP Selling knowledge, as he basicly will work in supporting our oGCDP, so also an oGCDP profile from your side would be fitting 

- I would like to have at least a VP, but prefered NST; if you have a perfect selling talent as a team leader applying its also good; but the person has to be great in selling China and oGCDP to students, and has to be able to facilitate that knowledge to our Members and LCs

- next to that I expect a high motivation and adabtability, because Germany and Germans are different; you have to be very curious and open to enjoy this journey to themost

PS1: Some LCs have not send the TN& Sponsor information to Bob and me, such as BJTU, FDU, SISU, CQU, UIBE, GDUFS, SJTU, XMU, PKU, THU, TJU, XJTU...

PLEASE SEND BEFORE THE END OF THE FESTIVAL, OTHERWISE, NO FORM WILL BE CHANGED INTO AVAILABLE THIS TERM.

PS2: Please fill in the TN Information Center  ASAP. This sheet is also needed to be filled in before change status!
