•One voting group will share the weight together; please refer to the voting calculator attached for more detailed information.

•The total weight candidate gets will be announced, while the separated weight of each group will be kept confidential.

•The candidate will  be considered as elected only if the weight is over 50%. Or a new round of application will be opened.

•Attention:  Only those who have fulfilled the pre-registration can have arranged-seats and voting rights.
