【IMP】Add Form for Your EP

Dear all,

 

        大家好，我终于从两个RIC回来，OGX也要开始全面function了。这封邮件主要是讲帮EP 上form的问题，主要有以下内容：

-上form要注意的问题

-4月16日23：59之前急需要完成的任务

-OGX function match timeline

·上form需要注意的问题

其实之前都要在function的training讲过，上form的主要步骤如下：

 

帮EP sign up-->Renee approve-->登录EP帐号-->做Go to TR-->Renee approve-->登录EP帐号-->做Go to X-->Renee approve-->登录你自己的帐号-->左栏Exchange--->上栏EP-->右栏Add EP form

 

需要注意的问题：

1.在sign up的时候账号登录的邮箱用之前帮EP注册的gmail邮箱，登录密码是12345678

2.sign up的时候请用EP的名字的中文拼音，该大写的大写，杜绝中文

3.sign up时Your office一定要选对是Mainland China，LC是GDUFS

 

4. Add form的时候只要填了基本信息选择了"Create EP form"就已经生成了一个EP form和一个EPID，之后要修改只需要Edit EP form，不要再add form再重新做了，否则就出现了一个EP对应无数个EPID的情况

 

5 .上传简历需要注意：

   a.上传的简历由EPM根据EP原来简历来填写CV模版

   b.该简历只作上form用，具体match的简历由EP在EPM的指导下修改

   c. 简历命名为：CV-GDUFS-DTET-EP名字，如CV-GDUFS-DTET-Renee

·4月16日之前需要完成的任务

1/ 做好EP用于上form的简历并规范命名（这份简历可以很粗糙，就是根据自己的EP原有的简历填写CV Sample就可以了，不需要花太多时间）做好之后给自己的TL过目。

2/ 上EP form（特别要注意我上面提到的5点问题，说过的就不能出错）

 

3/  为自己的EP开始写好FL，写好之后给自己的TL看

 

4/ 同时指导自己的EP修改用于match的简历（这份简历是需要认真写的，要根据EP想做的工作深入挖掘他们以往的经历，这个简历需要EP和EPM合作认真修改）
