-II. Here comes the detail about our OGX training. In order to make myself better understood, I'd like to explain this part in Chinese.

   OGX NC这一次的training主要是以每一个TL每人负责一part，分part准备training的素材然后统一向整个OGX NC deliver的形式。

1.OGX Timeline(红色为Training的日期)

3.18            第二场     EP AC

3.19                           LTM AC ；AU Training(Wing)/Buddy Program测试(Troy)

3.20               第三/四场EP AC

3.21-3.25                    Member SRB

3.26                            EP SRB

3.27                上午： iChange Seminar(L+X茶话会)；下午：LIC+Function Time

3.28-3.29                     EP SRB

3.30                              CI EP Allocation(分EP)

3.31                            CI EP Induction+ 1st Training

4.4-4.6                          珠海Member RIC

4.7                                2nd Training

4.8-4.10                       深圳EP RIC

* Buddy Program是目前GDUFS针对X+L做的项目之一，参加buddy program的EP需要接待PJ的trainee并和他们一起参与到项目工作。目前Buddy项目处于测试阶段，CI EP正式进来之后投入运作，主要由Troy负责。

* LIC=Local Induction Conference，是LC所有new member第一次meeting。AU team member 也需要参加=)

*iChange Seminar，是OGX NC为了解决member对于exchange的疑问开的茶话会，会由Wing去组织大家去喝早茶=)

3.具体工作

a. 明晚12：00前注册DBANK帐号并直接回复邮件告诉我你们的DBANK帐号，我会加你们做联系人(成功添加联系人之后你们就可以打开我在DBANK上面共享的文件)

b. 在DANK找到自己负责的部分所需要的材料(如有需要也可以自行在myaisec.net找)，然后用附件的模板制作ppt

c.在DDL前将ppt发给我——



   Wing(主要负责AU和L+X training，至于OGX Process不需要做ppt，迟点我把OGX的工作流程做成一个图发给你你代我向OGX解释就可以了)

Attention!

Dear all,

我已经将各位加为我的联系人并在DBANK上面共享了一个文件夹叫"文档"。现在教大家怎么使用DBANK：

1.登陆你的DBANK账号

2.打开共享文件夹

3. 找到名为"文档"的文件夹

(里面有3个文件夹，一个是关于recruitment的，里面有关于SRB和AC的题目，第二个是关于OGX NC Training，里面有一些很重要的资料帮助你们做training的ppt的，第3个是EP report，里面有将AU和GDUFS分开，之后会由finance去更新这个文件夹)

4. 打开你想打开的文件夹，找到你想下载的文件之后按右键，选择菜单里的"下载"

由于大家没有按时在20号之前注册好DBANK账号所以不能及时共享文件夹给大家下载做training的ppt，所以Grace和Rita的DDL改在26号, Eric和Tina的DDL是31号不变。

另外，由于Grace负责的部分比较多而且关于X+L部分的知识了解不是很够，所以关于X+L部分的知识会由X+L Coordinator Troy帮忙做一部分。内容包括X+L的意义，目前X+L在我们LC有哪些项目等。
