-II Task before RIC

    因为这次时间比较紧所以这次EP与EPM的分配会由我来直接一对一地分配（之后都会由TL来分=)），所以这一次TL不需要分配EP Manager，而是做好以下事情：

 

1/ 今天下午之内光速联系好你们 Team的EP，传递以下信息：1/你们是EP Manager的Team Leader，你是负责统筹整个team的EP的工作，而今天晚上Renee就会分好每个EPM给每个EP； 2/ talk你team内的EP去参加EP RIC并在今天晚上10点前确定好你team内EP参加RIC的情况，并叫参加的EP填写editgrid

*Promote EP参加EP RIC要注意以下问题：

  a. EP RIC是4月8-4月10在深圳举行，Delegate Fee是250，GDUFS会和SCUT在4月7日晚上一起包车过去

  b. 参加EP RIC对于对AIESEC的了解和之后的match十分十分有用(之前RIC试过有launch地区性谈到的Partnership，match了的人都是参加了EP RIC的，etc.)a

 

2/ 收集你的member目前myaiesec.net目前的进展和存在的问题然后在17：00前给我feedback

 

3/ 今天晚上我会统一发邮件给整个function的人，其中内容包括：怎么处理myaiesec.net的帐号、EP分配及EP的简历和接下来的工作安排（包括整个function从4月2日-4月6日修改简历，4月7日集体上form），请到时认真查看邮件。

 

       红色标注的部分十分十分重要，请务必落实！希望可以看到大家的效率和执行力。
