Dear TLs,

大家好！Match Preparation的工作已经如火如荼地进行当中，感谢开波第一个星期大家的给力！接下来准备进入OGX最激动忍心的MATCH阶段，这封邮件主要是讲以下三方面内容：

-本周各Team需要注意的问题

-以后Team Meeting的要求

-Team Meeting各个team的安排

·本周各Team需要注意的问题

a.本周Team Meeting基本内容

Match Preparation Tracking	上form存在的问题
	CV&FL
	OGX Tracking Tool
MATCH is coming	如何在myaiesec.net找form
MATCH is coming	各式各样MATCH的方法
Self-reflection	让member self-review，写下这段时间的learning point并和队友分享

*注意：

1.最近上form存在以下问题需要TL在Team Meeting上重申：

a. CV没有按照规范命名，请认真阅读我关于Add EP Form的邮件，希望大家注意好细节。（对于已经上传错的EPM可以向Grace Team的

Bubble请教如何可以修改上传的CV然后上传规范命名的CV）

b. 一个EP上了两张form。Select User之后会进入一个页面需要填写EP的基本信息，填写完之后按了"Add EP"之后就已经Create了一张EP

form的了之后只需要Edit EP form找回你的EP再上就可以了。Eric Team请务必要注意这个问题。

c. 请TL务必track好在DDL之前帮team内的EP上好form，我们的timeline已经比北方要迟1-2个星期的了，if we are not fast, we will be FOOD.

2. 关于OGX Tracking Tool的填写，请务必遵守DDL。我们OGX NC需要填写的editgrid目前只有3个：OGX Tracking Tool，还有接下来需要大家去填写的FN-OGX Tracking Tool和EP Search Tool，需要填写的tracking已经比以前少了很多了，请TL务必拿出执行力。

3. 在我之前解释Year Plan的时候要解释过 4月的priority是People Development，希望TL在Team Meeting在track memeber工作的时候也要关注他们的内心感受和成长，谨记GDUFS OGX的vision。=)

4. 请切勿教member什么DAAL什么OGX数据大全（可以略提，但千万不要单独教），这些数据分析的事情是TL去做然后去提供match的guidance的，另外training不是填鸭式教育，不是教得越多越好的，要在适当的时候再去教。

·以后Team Meeting需要注意的问题

1. Task Tracking

2. Weekly Self-reflection（这个环节主要是让member写下这个星期自己学到了什么东西，自己的成长是什么然后在team内和自己的队友分享，这个环节是我在做TL的时候已经有做，效果不错）

3. 时间不要太长，控制在1个小时左右就够了

4. 每次meeting都需要有Coordinator或者VP参加，meeting之后需要有output，output是发到Middle Management的GG里面，不需要随便发邮件去整个OGX甚至LC，这个是要特别注意的

*注意：VP和Coordinator不需要两个都参加，可以双方协商轮流参加,关于AU的meeting由于AU距离较远迟点再商讨

1. RIC前叫大家找out-going TL做一个小小的transition不知道大家做得如何呢?我要安排一个TL Talk来track一下大家啦，这次TL Talk主要安排在18，19日两天，以下是各个TL的初步安排，请直接回复此邮件告诉我这个时间是否有空。（希望南校两个TL的时间可以集中在同一天，谢谢=)）

*注意:关于Wing和Troy和Eakin，因为你们的工作都是很有针对性的，所以暂时不设立单独talk的时间。=)

2. 明天我和MC有一个MC Talk，所以请各个TL在明天下午5点之前提出你们想问MC的关于Function和Team Management的问题。
