【IMP】Tasks for Middle Management during 22nd to 25th

Dear all,

寒暄的说话不说了，这封邮件主要是关于22到25号各位需要注意的工作：

【Wing】

1. PR Training审核

*注意： a. OC Promotion：Promotion资料和模版/Promotion材料的制作要领

提醒Promotion制作的时候需要先思考再做，做的Promotion资料要有针对性（思考这次招新的人群是谁，有什么特点他们会被什么吸引，exchange的value和卖点到底是什么）

b. Communication（communication是一个组织的形象窗口，求重视。AU设有专门的邮箱有AU Member来管理和做简历收集，search tool不能有信息错误）

c. TN Management这一块先教MR，我迟点在单独约时间教Bubble谈Partnership

d. EP Targeting请training完之后给我output，training的内容务必有Point

2. OC Meeting output

3. PR招新公告资料(日志版和图片版)

4.将L+X的简历和EP form打包发给我

5. 联系Waiting问她可否来做我们5月7日Function Day和5月14日RTN Gathering的OC Camera

所以我25日之前收到的邮件应该包括：1. EP Targeting的Training output; 2. OC Meeting output; 3. PR招新公告(最好尽早发给我);4.L+X压缩包.

【Troy】

1.叫心冉制作好Amazing Race的Promotion邮件(内容包括amazing race的基本介绍和OC announcement，求OC announcement有照片)

2.设计好给Buddy 项目申请人的Question list

3. AR踩点

*注意：a. 是否合适?（是否有城管?当人比较多的时候是否会被怀疑聚众等敏感问题）

b. 确定好玩task的地点(最好可以在室内)

c. 设计好clue

d. 安排好顺序

e. 确定入货地点和玩完所有task去领钱的地点

f. 选好task

所以我25日之前需要track的是：1. AR的Promotion邮件；2. 给Buddy项目申请人的Question List；3. AR成型(题目设计和地点和线索确定)

【所有TL所有有EP带的EPM】

1. TL叫Member们星期日填好OGX Tracking Tool的match 部分，更新FL的回复情况和面试情况

2. 叫你的member试用【如何提高你的FL回复率】的邮件上面写的方法

3. 将Team meeting output发给我

所以我25日之前要track：1. OGX Tracking Tool是否有更新；2. Team meeting output

【Rita】

1.RTN Database的终极版并把所有有的RTN一个完整的RTN GG

2. RTN Gathering

*注意：a. 讨论的时候要找上大白，和大白，依然商量好RTN G的plan（包括timeline, action plan和responsible person）

b. 找好RTN G的OC(你联系Troy和Wing，让他们帮你找returnee，可以参考)

OC Promotion：刘芳宇(Troy)--->RTN G的宣传海报

岑晓娟 ideo制作

OC Camera：雷玮婷(Wing)

OC Logistics和OC ER：吴耿铮或者程实或者其他RTN(叫Troy或者Wing帮你找)

OC Finance： Kate/Jessie（问问Grace意见，可以找他们两个随便一个，我建议找Kate）

OC Communication：黎颖舒(找Tina)

3. 催PR OC拿今年寒假realize的RTN的图片和report

4. 叫RTN G的OC做一份了解RTN对于RTN 对于gathering的expectation(包括他们希望有什么环节，希望时间是什么时候，有没有什么建议)

5. 请大白做OC Coach之余做Agenda manager帮忙设计环节

所以我25日之前要track的有：1. RTN Database；2. RTN GG；3.RTN Gathering的plan；4. RTN G的OC；5. 给RTN填的问卷

【AU Managers】

1. 和Wing商量PR在AU要怎么做，申请怎么申请，Promotion怎么做等

2. 组好成型的AU Team（谁来做Raise方面Online Promotion和communication的工作，谁来做RTN资料整理，谁来做gathering等）

所以我25日之前要track的是：AU Team的人员架构和各自JD
