Dear all,

因为Non-co这边的面试量比较多，跪谢大家这段时间给力地面试EP。大家都是Middle Management 级别了，这次CI之后我就开始慢慢放手给大家做主面DT/ET的EP了。附件是面试EP的Question list方便大家以后问问题。DT/ET 的EP SRB其实主要是分成两个部分：

1.Personal Experience

a. Self-awareness

b. Teamwork Spirit

c. Communication Skills

d. Cultural Sense

2.AIESEC part

a.Understanding of @ (How to get to know @; What is @; Negative comments on @)

b. Expectation towards @ (What is your expectation towards @? What do you expect AIESEC should do for you)

c. Expecatation towards X ( Perfect AIESEC internship; Worst living condition)

d. Preference (Country; Work; Time; Budget; Parents' opinion)

e. Expectation Setting(Suppose类的问题，关键是set expectation和看candidate的crisis management)

f. Else(是否去RIC，对于AU和非广外的学生问她是否介意经常来广州等)
