Invitation to AIESECFDU's LCP election and VP confidence vote

Hey,all,

I am here inviting you to attend AIESEC FDU's LCP election and VP confidence vote.

We will have two candidates applying for LCP:
-Miki Yu
-Rex Zhang

Time:9:30-11:30
Venue:to be confirmed (in Fudan University)
Chair:Emma Zhang, previous VPICX of FDU and NST

We will have appximately 7 candidates for VP positions:
-Miki/Rex who does not win the LCP election,
-Cherry cheng
-Karen Gao
-Easter He
-Rachel Li
-Robinson Zhang
-Wang Zhiwei

Followed is the general flow:

Time	Session	Content
9:30-9:35	Opening	-Opening and welcome -Schedule explanation -Rule explanation
9:35-10:05     9:35-9:50     9:50-10:05	Speech     -Miki     -Rex	Each candidate will have 15 minutes to deliver his or her speech. Both English and Chinese are okay. Once candidate A is delivering his speech, candidate B should be leaving the plenary.
10:05-11:05 10:05-10:35 10:35-11:05	Q&A -Miki -Rex	Each candidate will receive 3 rounds of questions, 3 questions each round, 9 in total. Each round will be conducted in sequence of EB, member and externals.
11:05-11:15	Ballot	Every attendant except externals will have one vote note. The chair shall order the doors locked. From that time no person may be admitted to or leave the plenary room until the declaration of the ballot.
11:15-11:25	Ballot counting	Frank and Laura will be counting the Ballots.
11:25-11:30	Announcement

12:35-13:15	Speech	Each candidate will have 5 minutes to deliver his or her speech. Both English and Chinese are okay. Once candidate A is delivering his speech, all other candidates should be leaving the plenary.
13:15-14:15	Panel Q&A	All candidates will be present at the stage and each can receive a maximum of 9 questions from attendants. One can ask different candidates the same question.
14:15-14:30	Ballot	Every attendant except externals will have one vote note. The chair shall order the doors locked. From that time no person may be admitted to or leave the plenary room until the declaration of the ballot.
14:30-14:45	Ballot counting	Frank and Laura will be counting the Ballots.
14:45-15:00	Announcement
