Regarding the project - I contacted already a Brazilian friend who comes from an LC where there are a lot of people with IT background. He asked if you could write a nice promotion E-mail and he will forward it to his LC. I would strongly advise you to emphasize in the promotion on what a great city Blago is,  with cool atmosphere, a lot of young people, vibrant life and many and cheap opportunities to travel both in the country and outside. Also you can includes some cool videos and pictures of Bulgaria that include both nature and good looking girls ;) (as stupid as it sounds it attracts people) 

I will also ask a few other friends from Romania if they have LCs with EPs that have more technical background. I will try to distribute the materials to my network. Also you can make a cool video and I will post it on facebook and ask my friends here to post it ;) It should not be so difficult to find some people ;)

It consist of three smaller projects and the preparation is going well.
We have only problem with finding Eps for one of them- I in IT, since they need to have certain computer skills :(
Do you have any idea who to approach, any LC you had experience with, so we get some EPs soon :)
Any suggestion is valuable :)
