Every Leader Goes on Exchange

Newsleeter

Leadership role enabled me to develop new skills and competencies, learning how to lead others and myself.

On exchange I implemented my knowledge into business reality; helping people from various countries learn foreign languages.

With Integrated experience I get new perspective for my career and opportunities I have as a young leader, the positive changes I make in the world around me.

This is the story of Natalia Bialobrzewska, MC VP TM AIESEC in CAS who had his internship in Germany...

What would your own story be? Leaders go on exchange...now

GCP Of The Week

FF6

This week we have good case practices from South East Asia: one about a super successful OGX raising campaign and the other about ASEAN youth conference.

AIESEC in Malaysia had a campaign called 1 Member 1 EP (1M1EP). It utilized the concept of viral marketing and word of mouth, lasted for 3 months with prior OGX education and weekly updates. LC with the highest percentage of members able to raise an EP is rewarded with USD 650 for member development purposes. The great result is that the total number of raises that came from that campaign is 111! Ask Waileong Lim for details: waileo...@aiesec.net

AIESEC sub-region in South East Asia and AIESEC in Indonesia as a host entity organised the first ASEAN Youth Congress for AIESEC and non-AIESEC members, 370 in total, (www.aiesec-ayc.org) with the purpose to provide and develop the leaders needed to effect major shifts in perspectives and worldviews that will drive social development in the ASEAN sub-region. Unique feature of the congress that it will foster the achievement of AIESEC 2015, provide better expansion strategy to AIESEC and initiate growth of exchange and leadership opportunities in the sub-region. Approach Aby for details: al.a...@aiesec.net
